ZedDist Phase 1

ZedDist Phase one, as per the Timeline, will produce a first early draft version of the Z3986-2010 Part B specification.
As can be reviewed below, certain components will not be included at all in this phase, postponed in their entirety to Phase 2.
The overall targets of Phase 1 are:
- produce a first rough version of the specification document, that while being (explicitly) incomplete, is rich enough to describe the overall specification logic
- define the profile composition framework (tentatively called the "Component Pool")
- define the three basic profiles (tentatively named Audio, Classic and Pro, as per Strawman 2). (Note that the fourth profile, EBook is not worked on in this phase as it is wholly dependant on the EPUB revision)
- define the mechanism for Features, but not necessarily any concrete feature in itself
- provide (first versions of) schemas for the fileset members (work which has already begun in the sandbox)
The consequences for Phase 2 are:
- work on concrete Features will be done during Phase 2 (and may of course trigger changes to the Feature mechanism defined in Phase 1)
- spec editing and finalization will be done during Phase 2 (even the parts of the document produced during Phase 1 will not be prosaically finetuned)
- certain components (as defined below) are being defined during Phase 2
