Meeting logistics
- A part of the group (Kenny, Markus, Marisa, Dennis, Sam) are together in a suite at LAX Marriot (room 846)
- All that have access to Skype are advised to be logged on at all times for text-chat (wish we had IRC...)
- (Markus will also be available at Google chat)
- Apart from a few joint telcons, the F2F is dedicated to subgroup work as outlined in the section below
- Subgroup leads (whose names appear first in the name brackets below) are responsible to arrange separate telcons or chats with the subgroup members. For subgroups consisting of one person this should be relatively straightforward.
- Subgroup progress (and logging of issues that arise) is tracked by subgroup leads in dedicated sections at the bottom of this page
