1. Confirm first and third wednesday of each month for the overarching group conference call,

Minutes: Next calls May 20, (Board meeting in Seoul will change the calls in June to only one on June 17.

2. Update on ZedAI

2.1 W3C XHTML status

Minutes: The ZedAI group has worked with the principle that it will build on the W3C XHTML modularization framework. In the W3C there is a perceived collision between XHTML and HTML. We don't see the conflict, but others in W3C do; namespace, is one item. There are options being taken, but we don't know what decision or when the decision will be done.

• • We believe that it will take much longer to have XHTML 2 as a W3C revision.***
    

If we hold ourselves to being linked to W3C recommendations , it could be several years.

2.2 W3C and its Impact on ZedAI schedule

Minutes: Action item: we will inform the W3C leadership of our use of the XHTML modules.
