Requirement Submission: Support for different types of paragraphs
(R31) Title: Support for different types of paragraphs
Description:

When transferring text to DTBook the above described use of indentations and empty lines to express paragraphs and greater sections has no current standardised markup.
Rationale:
The obvious application of such a standardised markup would be within braille production, in which fidelity to the structure of the original text is of great interest, but also in any other output media from DTBook text.
