style attribute in coreattrs entity

Issue Description:    The removal of inline styling done prior to 2005-1 by mistake only removed the style element of head, and not the style attribute defined in the coreattrs entity. The style attribute should be removed and this removal regarded a bugfix to an earlier uncompleted modification.

This Issue Has Been Resolved as an Errata

Agreed Solution:

Remove the style attribute from the coreattrs entity and the attrsrqd entity. The stylesheet entity is no longer referenced and will be deleted.
