DAISY Pipeline update offers better support for Tobi

Dear Tobi users, the latest patch for the DAISY Pipeline includes fixes in the DAISY 3 to DAISY 2.02 "downgrader", and as a result it is strongly recommended to upgrade if you intend to produce publications that target legacy reading devices with no support for DAISY 3.
