Dear DAISY members:
I am pleased to advise you that the DAISY Board Meeting and General Meeting in this 10th anniversary year will be held from April 27 – 29, 2006. The meeting is generously hosted by Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic (RFB&D) and the venue will be the Nassau Inn Princeton at Ten Palmer Square in Princeton, New Jersey, U.S.A. The three day event also includes a one day symposium on learning disabilities which we feel will be of much interest to everyone. Please reserve these dates; more information will be forthcoming.
To-date, the following information regarding the meetings is available:
Practical information as well as registration forms for the General Meeting and for hotel and events has been distributed by email.
Kindly use the distributed forms to register for hotel room and General Meeting.
Please return your reservation form for hotel room and events no later than March 10th to dnagy@rfbd.org.
Please forward the registration form for the DAISY Consortium General Meeting no later than April 1st to dnagy@rfbd.org.
According to the statutes motions from members for the General Meeting must be submitted no later three weeks prior to the meeting to President@daisy.org.
Please submit any motion no later than April 7th.
The final programme, agenda and papers for the General Meeting will be distributed no later than April 14th.
