 @pk finalize SMIL procMap
 We need an implementation of rng+sch before continuing
 @pk finalize rng+sch for SMIL
 @pk+mg to add schematron testProcessor
 The rest of us stay away from procMap until PK is done.
 But we can continue with testMaps while PK does this.
 
 Testmap distribution:
  @PK: SMIL,IMAGE
  @MG: RESOURCE  
  @ES: OPF, AUDIO 
  @JP: NCX, DTBOOK  
  Action: build the testMaps, keeping an eye on the recurring tests already added to each ent.
