DAISY News Suggestion

Dear Member or Friend,

The DAISY Web site staff needs your help in posting more news and calendar items that will help promote your activities, reach end users, and promote knowledge and use of the DAISY Standard.

Please include details, including your name and a valid email address for possible follow-up. We may need to be selective in what is posted so please choose content and wording appropriately.

By entering information, you are agreeing to the following:

1. that the basis of this information is accurate and verifiable;
2. that the DAISY Consortium has the right to edit and publish this information on the DAISY Web site www.daisy.org;
3. that we may contact you for follow-up on any more details that might be needed in the post of this news item.

Guidelines:

1. Please use the 'Optional Comments' field to enter any extra information, such as an embargo on posting this announcement until a certain date, URLs of images that can be used, etc.
2. Note: explicit permission will be required to use each image, along with a release by name of any persons pictured. We are not providing the facility to upload images at this time; please send us a reference URL to where each image is posted. If permission is sufficient, we will copy that image and reference it on the daisy.org site.
3. Note: usually the entire content of articles or posts from other sources may not be reused without permission; however do not rephrase, instead use small portions or quotes and reference the source with a URL.
