Obi RC3 available

Obi RC3 is available from november 18, 2008
It can be downloaded from
http://daisy-trac.cvsdude.com/obi

This will also need Pipeline-lite, it is also available at the same page with its installation
instructions.

please help us finding more buggs. Instructions for reporting buggs can be found at the same
webpage, as mentioned above.
