First public beta version released today!

Hi everyone

finally we are releasing the first public beta version for Obi. You
can download it here:

http://urakawa.sf.net/obi-beta-1.zip

(or http://urakawa.sf.net/obi.zip which always points to the latest
version.)

Please read the README file for info and installation instructions.
Our plan is to have a second beta release on May 24th to fix known
bugs and issues we will encounter next week.
