How to build Amis

Hi everyone
I try to bulid Amis using VisulStudio2005, i follow "http://daisy-trac.cvsdude.com/amis/wiki/BuildingAmis" to do my work.
i have downloaded Ambulant,But in the directory i can not find "ambulant-private" folder, and when building Amis need some head file in this folder
such like "pdtbplugun.h","pdtbBrige.h" ...Colud somebody tell me how to do？ Thanks.

Undefine these symbols: *

Undefine these symbols:

* WITH_DAISY_PDTB
* HTML_LOAD_AMBULANT_PDTB
* WITH_PROTECTED_BOOK_SUPPORT

And remove the PdtbIePlugin and pdtbplugin projects from your AMIS solution.
