2nd problem importing WAVs

After successfully creating the first 2 sections in a DTB, while importing the audio for the third section, I keep getting this error (sorry for the length, I figure they may be key information in here though):

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Dear ixnay,

Does the waveforms appear on these phrases if you save and then restarts Obi?

Obi take few seconds to draw the waveforms in the phrases, depending on the size of the project.

We will try to reproduce it and fix it.

I've re-installed the program

I've re-installed the program and am trying it again.

I believe they appeared after re-opening, but the thing is these are extremely short sections in a short document.

Re-installed, same problem.

Sorry, I was wrong. The Wavs would not appear if I saved and re-opened....

I've now re-installed the proram and the same problem persists.

Oddly, If I do an identicle project on a different computer using the same WAVs (Both computers are using WAVs from a network from the same folder) etc, it does not cause the problem.
