I am facing a strange problem with Daisy 2.02 DTB Validator

hi, I am using latest version of Daisy.2.02 Validator available for download (Daisy.2.02.Validator.20080402) Engine Version: 1.0.15 Interface Version: 1.0.18 Operating System: Window XP Professional SP3 Problem: I have few DTB's, which i want to validate. The problem is after few weeks of installing Daisy.2.02.Validator, it gives critical errors. When i install the same Daisy.2.02.validator file on some other system, and validates the same files on which it gave error on the previous system. It validates them just fine. Now i do not want to change the system after every few weeks. i tested it on two system and i had the error. Can u kindly assist me in this matter. Regards, Murtaza Naveed.

Reply sent earlier by email: Dear Munrtaza Naveed Please be advised that the DAISY 2.02 standalone validator is not longer supported. It was designed to run on Windows 98. If you are installing it on later operating systems, you should do so in compatibility mode. Better would be to install the DAISY Pipeline instead and use the validator therein.
