Is there a limit on how many sections can appear in a book
Hello,
I am currently working on a massive text book. So far, when converted to MP3 at 64kbs, the book is over 400 Mb.
When I was working on it last, right at the end there was no longer a grey square next to the last few section titles. I could not import audio, it was as though it had reached a limit. The last grey square that DID show was cut in half, horizontally (so I could only see the top of the waveforms).
I deleted a few sections, and the grey boxes re-appeared. Any idea what would cause this?
Actually, I am working on another book now and am coming across the exact same problem. Every new section I'm adding, no grey boxes are appearing.

Max visible sections
Hello again Andrew,
Obi's content view facilitate maximum of 208 sections to be visible on screen at default manification level.
This is a known limitation and right now, refactoring of GUI is under process to overcome this limitation for next release.
You can try unchecking wrapping in content view menu item in view menu, this will remove wrapping and more sections will be visible in content view.
For reference, known limitations page is at:

Hi, I actually have wrapping
Hi,
I actually have wrapping turned off already, however when I zoomed out one level, this problem seems to have gone away (at least for now. I still have several to add).
Hello Andrew,Since you need
Hello Andrew,
Since you need to add several projects made in Obi, one thing we can recommend you is using DTB Merger which has been created specifically for this purpose. With the help of this utillity you can merge as many opf files for DAISY 3 and ncc.html files for DAISY 2.02 standard. You can goto merger by clicking on Start Menu. Click on Obi and from there you go to DTB Merger. Choose the kind of DAISY book you want to merge. With the help of add button you can add any number of files for merging and on pressing Merge these files will be merged in the output folder. You can press F1 for help, which will open up the documentation for DTB Merger. We are sure you will like this utility.

Chhavi
