Audio format converter for Obi available

Audio format converter is an utility made for converting format of audio files, so that audio files that are rejected by Obi due to incompatible format can be converted and then imported in project.
This code will go inside Obi in next release, till then this external utility may be of help.

After installation, it can be started from start / programs / Obi/ Audio Format Converter (Beta 1)
