Errors in running Pipeline 2 Web UI

Forums:
Installed the setup file pipeline2-1.6-webui-desktop.exe on a Windows 7 32 bit system. Initially the UI worked and was able to convert files. Now on launching the DAISY Pipeline 2 I get messages related to configuration of Java even though nothing has changed in the system. The log file is copied below. Thanks for any suggestion that you may have. 31-07-2013 10:12:22.93 Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601] x86 1 file(s) copied. Hi,
The logs look fine. What is exactly the problem? the UI doesn't come up at all? or it comes up and you're not able to convert files?

cheers

The browser opens and after some time I get following message. It happens everytime now and in all browsers - IE, Firefox and Chrome. This is taking a long time; either you have a slow computer or an error has occured while starting the Web UI. If this is the first time you start the Web UI then maybe Java has not been configured properly. See the Pipeline 2 Installation Instructions to learn how to install and configure Java. See the log file for more details. If you are unable to solve the problem by yourself, please download the log file and post its contents to the Pipeline 2 forum.
