Problem with new Save as DAISY 2.1

Installed Save as DAISY 2.1 for use with MS Word 2007, on an almost new Dell Precision M2400 running XP SP3.

On my first try, I took a 27 page DOCX document I've been working on, and successfully created a book that played, after zipping, in ButtercupReader. Noting a few issues with the document, I went back to Word, made some edits (removed a Word generated table of contents and added some alt text using the standard method in Word), and then attempted to regenerate. No go. Upon clicking Translate, there is a brief flicker of a processing window, and then nothing. Was placed back in Word. Tried again, same symptoms. Closed Word, reopened, and retried. The same. Created a short test document and sucessfully created a DAISY pub.

Reloaded the DOCX that would not generate, ran the validator, received a response indicating validation errors. I clicked OK and Word closed!! Attempted to reopen the document and received the following Word dialog:

The Office Open XML file xxxxx.docx cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents. Details: Incorrect document syntax. Location: Part /word/document.xml, line 1, column 150338

Looks like something in SAD corrupted the source.

Is this a problem that has been seen before?

I had similar issues. In fact, the program translates to about 37% on any document I try to translate, whether in Word 2003 or 2007. Having no success in xp or vista. In addition, I am receiving serious program errors from Word as a result of this add in.

This is exactly whats
