New RNG schemas for XML digital signature

The RNG schema in APPENDIX A: RELAX NG OCF Schema references to

http://www.w3.org/Signature/2002/07/xmldsig-core-schema.rng

It has no official status.

I am working with W3C to create RELAX NG schemas for XML digital
signature and other things from the XML Security Working Group.   The
current draft is available at:

http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmlsec-rngschema/Overview.html

I hope that OOXML, ODF, and EPUB use this schema, when it becomes

stable.  It should become stable in a fwe months.
