How to create the next conference call or meeting page

  1. Edit the Template for future conference calls but do not save unless need to.
  2. Go to the text box for the body, enter Control-A, Control-C to copy all of the content. Again do not save unless need to update the template.
  3. Select Agenda & Minutes from the side menu and go into edit mode.
  4. Create a Freelink in the form of [[yyyy-mm-dd Conference Call]], replacing 'yyyy-mm-dd' with the scheduled date of the call or meeting.
  5. Save this node, i.e. Agenda & Minutes.
  6. Click on the first link in the list which you just added to the Agenda & Minutes page (node).
  7. This will put you into edit mode to create a new wiki page with the appropriate title and url.
  8. Go to the text field for the body of this node and enter Control-V to paste the template.
  9. Edit the content, filling in agenda items.
  10. Save and test the link from the Agenda & Minutes page.
