How to create the next conference call or meeting page
- Edit the Template for future conference calls but do not save unless need to.
- Go to the text box for the body, enter Control-A, Control-C to copy all of the content. Again do not save unless need to update the template.
- Select Agenda & Minutes from the side menu and go into edit mode.
- Create a Freelink in the form of [[yyyy-mm-dd Conference Call]], replacing 'yyyy-mm-dd' with the scheduled date of the call or meeting.
- Save this node, i.e. Agenda & Minutes.
- Click on the first link in the list which you just added to the Agenda & Minutes page (node).
- This will put you into edit mode to create a new wiki page with the appropriate title and url.
- Go to the text field for the body of this node and enter Control-V to paste the template.
- Edit the content, filling in agenda items.
- Save and test the link from the Agenda & Minutes page.
