3 2.0.01 now in public comment

After public comments 7 day review is over, we will ask Bboard to approve.

Minutes:

  • Expect to have Board approve within the week
  • Two comments have been received
    • Makoto commented on his issue:
I propose to replace "required" in
"To aid Reading Systems in implementing consistent searching and sorting behavior
it is required that Unicode Normalization Form C (NFC) be used (See
      http://www.w3.org/TR/charmod-norm/). "

      by "recommended" at least.

Reason:  Human names in the Japanese language will be modified by NFC.

    • Suggestion made to differ this issue to EPUB 2.1 version. This will be treated as a new issue in 2.1 for Future  Consideration.
  • George asked if any other issues regarding specs. No further issues were raised.
