Save the downloaded file to your user directory: C:/Documents and Settings/User Name/Application Data/Microsoft/Templates. Note that the file extension is ".dot", rather than ".doc".
Open Microsoft Word. Choose File/New. A dialog box will appear at the right of the screen. From "Templates" in this box, choose "on my computer" (that is, templates available on your computer). The templates on your computer will be presented. Select DKN_WORD_Template. The template will open in the new WORD document.
