Creating a ToC Only Project

Select "New" (CTRL+N) in the "File" pull down menu, or click the "Create a new project" button in the toolbar.

The 'Create new project' dialog is now displayed, select the "ToC only book" icon.

Select 'ToC only book'

Enter the title of the book, "TITLE"(the title of the book).

The "Select project destination" dialog is displayed. Key in the title of the book, then select the "Select path" button.
