Click the event number to select an event. Once you have selected an audio event and it is highlighted, you can move in the event list with the up and down arrow keys. In order to move the selected event upward or downward, select "Move event up/down" (CTRL+F9 / SHIFT+CTRL+F9) in the "Edit" pull down menu, or Move Event buttons in the toolbar.
