With Sigtuna DAR 3, you can also synchronize images. The synchronized project with images can be played back with LpPlayer or other DAISY playback software. The book will also play on a DAISY hardware player, but the images cannot be displayed.
Attention!! When a project will contain both synchronize text and images, do the text synchronization first, and then move on to image synchronization on the "Edit screen".
Image synchronization steps
- Select the audio event which you want to synchronize with the image.
- Select "Insert image" (CTRL+G) in the "Edit" pull down menu or click the "Insert image" button in the tool bar.

- The "Insert image into SMIL" dialog opens.
- Select the drive and the folder that contains the image file.

- Check the image preview and select the correct image file.
- The image event is now inserted before the audio event that you selected.
- The popup window opens, and the image is shown in the window.
