The Plextalk PTR1 is the perfectly balanced recorder and player. It meets any of your personal recording needs, such as in class, for your volunteers or at a conference. A built-in microphone and optional external microphone provide recording versatility to handle a variety of situations. Also, being a portable unit, it is easy to transport and use almost anywhere for almost any length of time -- it can hold up to 90 hours of recording on a single CD. It also works as a standard external CD-RW drive when attached to a PC with a USB interface. The drive can record onto a Flash card as an alternative to burning to CD.
PlexTalk Recording Software comes bundled with this player/recorder. The software permits editing of sound files on a PC.
