DAISY OK Certification

"DAISY OK" Certification designates that a product conforms to the DAISY Standard.

This area of the DAISY Web site will be implemented for end users of DAISY products and also as a portal site for maintaining the DAISY OK Certification information.

DAISY Reading System developers and DAISY Book producers will be able to apply for a DAISY OK license using the Self-Certification Forms to certify fulfillment of the DAISY OK Requirements and stated Advanced Features. The required functionalities plus desirable advanced features describe both a conforming DAISY Reading System (player) and a conforming DAISY DTB. These features identify the "handshake" which must take place between the DTB and the Reading System to ensure that the end user enjoys an enriched reading experience.
