TOC and <pagenum>
I have manually tagged pages in a word document using the (Page number DAISY) style. When creating a table of contents (TOC), the page numbers referred are not the ones but the word's logical page numbering, as expected.
However, isn't that ambiguous for the reader? i.e. first he/she listens that Chapter 1 is in page 10 (based on TOC) but when reading he/she figures out that Chapter 1 is in page 8, according to the DAISY page numbering. Is there another way to do it?
Should TOC be totally removed from the XML book since the heading structure is automatically available to the reader in any DAISY player? What is the most right approach for TOC when converting a book to a DAISY version?
